In early 1998 a group called the THINK TANK was formed under the auspices of "Exclusively For The Private Club Field." Its membership was composed of the most diversified and highly qualified executives in the private club business. Located in areas ranging from Asia to Bermuda and California to the Eastern Seaboard; they represent a wide range of private entities. One of the most exclusive city clubs in Manhattan; the oldest country club in the United States; operations with F&B operations averaging 1,500 to 2,000 customers a day; and a club that yearly hosts two of the most prominent tournaments on the PGA tour......is just a small sampling of the operations under the jurisdiction of the Think Tank executives.

The Think Tank members communicate semi-weekly via e-mail. Operational, membership, and promotional concepts are submitted in the form of questions taken from our subscribers, and the THINK TANK members themselves. The Think Tank responses are summarized and abbreviated by our office and reissued to them.
